Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Returning can be done quickly and easily by filling out the form here. 

RETURN PERIOD: We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

RETURN COSTS: Returns are at your OWN cost, The Return fee is £3 for UK mainland, This will be taken of your final refund. Once you have filled out the return form we will provide you with a return label via email for you to print.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:  
On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days before the refund is visible on your bank.

Refund will go to customer origin payment method.
